Welcome to The Red Talk

The Red Talk is a visionary 10-year project dedicated to exploring how contemporary women nurture their cyclical nature through education, storytelling, music, poetry, art, and social action as its powerful mediums of expression.

The goal of The Red Talk is to explore, document, and celebrate how contemporary women sustain a cyclical living lifestyle in a predominantly linear world. Through storytelling, education, and dialogue, this 10-year cultural and anthropological project aims to increase global awareness of menstrual health, empower women with knowledge about their biological rhythms, and inspire actionable change. By 2031, the initiative aspires to honor a hall of women who have left a lasting impact, creating a legacy for future generations. This inclusive event welcomes all genders to join the conversation.

What is the Impact?

Why don't we learn this in school?

A common sentiment we hear during workshops like Follow Your Moon is, "Why don't we learn this in school?" This question reflects the profound realization participants experience when they uncover knowledge that feels essential yet is missing from traditional education. It highlights the need to integrate teachings about menstrual health, cyclical awareness, and feminine wisdom into mainstream curricula to create a more informed, equitable, and empowered society.

More than 800 women have learned to map their cycles using the Moondala Method, a transformative approach that fosters:

  • Self-awareness: Deep understanding of their unique cyclical patterns.

  • Empowerment: Tools to align daily life with their natural rhythms.

  • Connection: A renewed relationship with their bodies and feminine energy.

  • Creativity: A personalized manual to embrace and honor their cycle.

  • Balance: Practical strategies to navigate hormonal changes with ease.
